A globally recognised MNC is looking for a HR Business Partner to handle the full spectrum of HR scope to their supply chain organisation consisting a mix of permanent and temporary workforce.
To be successful, you’ll need a minimum of 10 years of HR Generalist experience in large multinational companies, and direct experience in the logistics sector or a similar environment. Strong knowledge in industrial and employee relations, the Employment Act and working with the union will be preferred. As the environment is extremely fast paced and dynamic, the ideal candidate must be energetic, agile and able to think on their feet. During crisis and peak periods, this HRBP must also be willing to work outside of regular office hours.
