This is an excellent opportunity for a senior HR Business Partner to be part of a global technology giant that is well-respected for its innovative business and philanthropic effort to contribute back to society. This individual will play a key partnering role to one of its critical businesses in the organisation. Working collaboratively with the HR colleagues in the COEs, this HR partner will provide solutions to complex problems, provide inputs on organisation design, and developing people strategies with senior leaders to ensure a longer term view on development.
To qualify for this role, you will have at least 8 years of HR business partnering experiences in a large matrix organisation, in an ambitious, creative and fast paced environment. Candidates from Financial Services, Technology or Consulting sectors will be highly desirable.
