Job description
We represent a boutique financial institution, there is now an opportunity for a seasoned HR Manager to join the team.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the country head, the role of the HR Manager will be to oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including payroll with 1 direct report.
Being the main point of contact for employees’ matters, the ability to communicate with stakeholders of all seniority levels is a key.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have more than 9-15 years of HR experience in financial institutions.
You will have solid grasp of employment laws in Singapore and come across as highly motivated and confident to take initiatives.
