The Head of HR and Administration is a key role in which the individual will be expected to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external clients and vendors.
Your role as a HR Manager is expected to build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You will be required to oversee and perform all major HR functions as well as oversee and perform administrative functions.
You should have at least 5 years of HR Management experience, perferably from the Fintech industry. Experience in setting up a HR function in a start-up will be highly advantagous. You should be able to communicate with all levels within the organisation and possess strong analytical skills.
