Job description

My client is a global B2B company and they are looking for an Internal Communications Lead to join them. 

Responsibilities 

  • Lead on the improvement and development of a range of communication channels
  • Develop innovative strategies to deliver effective and engaging internal/employee communications 
  • Create interesting content and campaigns that delivers across a variety of channels
  • Ensure change initiatives meet the objectives of increasing employee adoption and usage
  • Create and implement change management communications strategies
  • Serve as point of contact across various functions/departments to ensure consistency and standards for communications reaching internal audiences

Requirements

  • At least 15 years of communications experience with minimum 8 years of experience specialising in internal communications or employee communications within a large and matrix organisation
  • Track record in driving and delivering change management communications
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
