Job description
My client is a global B2B company and they are looking for an Internal Communications Lead to join them.
Responsibilities
- Lead on the improvement and development of a range of communication channels
- Develop innovative strategies to deliver effective and engaging internal/employee communications
- Create interesting content and campaigns that delivers across a variety of channels
- Ensure change initiatives meet the objectives of increasing employee adoption and usage
- Create and implement change management communications strategies
- Serve as point of contact across various functions/departments to ensure consistency and standards for communications reaching internal audiences
Requirements
- At least 15 years of communications experience with minimum 8 years of experience specialising in internal communications or employee communications within a large and matrix organisation
- Track record in driving and delivering change management communications
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
