Job description
We are working with a Financial Institution and as part of their continued growth, Charterhouse has been engaged to look for IT Support Service.
Job Responsibility
Provide 1st and 2nd Level IT on-site and remote support
Support Windows Systems and services: Desktop, Printers, and Servers
Support and Maintenance of IT infrastructure: Wireless/Wired networks, passive/active network devices and LAN/WAN Services
Managing local IT procurement
Requirements:
To qualify, individuals must possess:
Bachelor’s Degree
Min. 3 years of relevant experience
MUST HAVE:
Experienced in Microsoft Operating Systems: Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2012 R2 and above
Experienced in IT Support
Strong Knowledge in Office 365 / Sharepoint
