Job description
My client is an established financial technology company and looking to hire an experienced legal counsel based in Singapore.
Key Attributes:
- Advise, negotiate and draft legal contracts with various global financial institutions
- Group level projects
- Senior stakeholder engagement
Reporting to the Head of Legal, this candidate will be responsible for providing general legal advisory to the FinTech organization. Working closely with opposing counsel from various global financial institutions, this candidate will negotiate and draft various corporate contracts. This position will also be responsible for leading group level projects.
This position requires you to have excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills as you will be leading various contract negotiations and projects.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Recognized Law Degree
- Minimum 5-10 years of PQE
- Excellent communication skills
