Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead strategic and tactical planning and implementation of change management activities in tandem with project management activities to achieve the project objectives.

  • Conduct overall change readiness assessment, with support from key stakeholders, to facilitate decision making at critical milestones.

  • Guide key stakeholders to conduct an overall change impact assessment as a result of the project delivery/ change implementation.

  • Develop change management strategies and plans, which includes but not limited to stakeholder analysis, communications plans and execution, training plans and training needs analysis, and user adoption of new systems. Implement and/ or facilitate the implementation of these change management activities.

  • Facilitate implementation of changes in policies and processes, with support from key stakeholders and project leads.

  • Work closely with project/ program manager and take guidance from him/ her to ensure change activities are aligned to the project requirements, activities and timeline.

  • Provide regular status updates to project/ program manager as per the project governance structure.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience and proven capabilities in managing large scale projects and implementing change management activities.

  • PROSCI Change Management certification or Bachelor´s Degree in Psychology/ Social Science & Humanities or equivalent work experience.

  • In-depth knowledge or experience in organisational/behavioural change management, business planning, human resource strategies and processes, organisational design, manpower optimisation and performance management.

  • Preferred but not essential: organisational transformation, business strategy, human resources and organisational effectiveness.

  • Deep analytical skills and able to multitask, adaptable and work with people of all levels.

  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills with an ability to communicate in both technical and business language.
