As the lead in HRIS and Analytics, you will steer the end to end project life cycle activities, taking the organisation to the next level of automation through re-scoping, design and system implementation, ensuring the systems are effectively integrated with geographical business needs. Additionally, this manager will also play an active role in delivery of data analytics, to support management needs and operational goals.
To qualify for this role, you will have at least 10 years of HRMS, project management and business analysis experience, ideally familiarity with cloud-based systems and background with a MNC that is forward-thinking. You are a problem-solver, confident communicator with in-depth knowledge of end to end HR processes around the region.
