Job description
Due to expansion, my client, a fastest growing seed accelerator in SEA region, is currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join them. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you must be entrepreneurial and a self starter who thrives in unstructured environment.
Responsibilities:
- Generating high quality leads into the seed acceleration program and lead nurture process
- Responsible for entire marketing funnel performance
- Providing data based recommendations for the marketing approach
- Managing key digital channels including website, email, search and performance marketing
- Setting up CRM systems in place
- Building a digital engagement strategy to make process more scalable
Requirements
- Degree qualified with minimum 8 years’ in a B2B marketing role
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
- Demonstrated track record for building a high quality lead pipeline at scale for high growth startups
- Must have passion for early stage startups and genuine interest in the venture business
