Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the VP of Regulatory Compliance, you will assist to oversee the data protection responsibilities within the Group and ensure compliance with the PDPA.
You will be required to perform investigation and root cause analysis on data incidents to ensure adequate action plans are taken to remediate the identified non-compliance issues within the agreed timeline and work closely with the respective business units to ensure adequate action plans are taken to remediate the identified non-compliance issues within the agreed timeline.
You take ownership in performing updates and review of the Compliance Requirement Self Assessments and maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and evaluate effectiveness of risk controls
REQUIREMENTS:
To be qualified for this position, you should have a Degree and at least 6 years of experience in PDPA, compliance, risk management or audit. In depth knowledge of MAS notices and other regulatory requirements that will affect the industry.
