Job description

My client, within banking industry, is currently looking for a Product Owner to join them. This is a newly created role and will report to the Head of Service Design.

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the team for the development of chatbot servicing strategy
  • Serving as the key point of contact for both local and regional teams for implementation and/or enhancements requirements
  • Identifying use cases for implementation of chatbot
  • Improving chatbot experience and performance by conducting customer/staff immersions
  • Conducting market research for upcoming technology and evaluate suitability for the business

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified with 6 to 10 years experience; PMP/Design Thinking/LEAN metholody certificates added advantage
  • Strong understanding of chatbot operating models
  • Good understanding of contact/call centre platforms
  • Experience in customer journey mapping and design
