Job description

​There is now an opportunity for a senior reward professional to lead a team within the retail chain industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting into the Chief HR Officer and leading a team, you will be driving all aspects of compensation and benefits, acting as a strategic rewards partner to senior business leaders across the region. To be successful in this role, you will have deep expertise and content around total rewards, with ability to conceptualize, design and implement solutions that impact the business constructively.

REQUIREMENTS:

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of demonstrated experience in rewards, with the ability to be strategic and hands-on, as well as a proactive, positive, action-oriented disposition. You are able to establish credibility at all levels with professional respect as well as cultural sensitivity.
