Regional Finance Manager, SEA

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Finance Director and assisting in executing day to day finance operations matters

• Maintain the preparation of the budget and forecast and report to management on variances from the established budget, and variances

• Maintain and review the regional accounts and overseeing the monthly closing for the Group within SEA countries

• Perform and approve the banking settlement and liaise with the bank for the foreign currency transaction

• Advice company’s process improvement, documenting and updating accounting policies, company SOPs.

• Prepare and review the monthly consolidation management reporting, Budget, Forecast  as well as liaise with external auditor and regional tax audit

Skills/Experience:

• The successful candidate should be a strong in finance professional with proven leadership skills to lead a regional team independently, self-driven and pro-active Finance Managers and with challenging scope within SEA countries

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting, minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience, qualified CA or CPA and regional exposure would be preferable

• You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with high analytical and problem-solving skill n and goal setting, and able to collaborate with multifunction teams and drive for results, experienced working in fast-paced environment, strong knowledge of Netsuite, SAP, Oracle would be preferable
