This is an integral role that will embrace and lead the change in building a reward COE for a business that’s an established global brand and which is undergoing transformation to support further expansion into the region.
As the Total Rewards Leader, you will be part of a new COE for an important and profitable APAC region, taking ownership for all compensation and benefits matters, from consultation/innovation with the countries to formulating strategies supporting overall APAC goals, while working in close collaboration with corporate office in the States.
We are looking for an individual who is independent and experienced with a solid viewpoint to manage senior stakeholders in a complex matrixed environment. You are technically strong and well-balanced between seeing a bigger picture while maintaining a hands-on approach.
