A tech company offering is looking for a capable HR practitioner to head the operations for their fast-growing business in the APAC region.
Reporting directly to HQ, this newly-created headcount will lead a team based in local and overseas offices, tasked with the responsibility of ensuring successful service delivery to clients. Working closely with both internal advisors and external stakeholders, this position requires a self-starter with strong project management skills and exceptional interpersonal skills
To be successful in this role, the individual should pack at least 8 years of experience in HR Operations and display excellent understanding and knowledge of the APAC region. Experience in managing the full gamut of employee life cycle processes, from on-boarding to off-boarding, including payroll is a key requirement. Your profile must also have people-management experience.
