Job description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for development of Company brand in Asia; from support strategy to execution/market roll out of regional brand initiatives. This includes brand management, positioning, image building with target audiences, consumer/ shopper campaign development for/ with local markets.

  • Develop product/ brand toolkit to support countries to localize brand materials.

  • Be the liaison between local markets and Australia team which requires you to actively lead Australia’s sponsorship events

  • Manage agency relationships – to achieve best results and to bring new ideas to the table.

  • Partner with/ support local marketing teams in their local campaigns plans.

  • Provide content support for various areas of marketing (social media, digital campaigns etc)

  • Manage regional photo library from brief to execution

  • Responsible for the brand identity across consumer touchpoints and ensure that all markets adhere to brand guidelines.

  • Manage marketing budget in accordance to company & brand objectives.

  • Best practice implementation that is to work with country teams to establish best practices and knowledge sharing.

  • Collate data/ information from local markets for monthly reporting and ensure full alignment on regional/ global agenda.

 

Experience

  • At least 6 years’ experience in brand, advertising or marketing in FMCG industry. Must work in the local market for at least 2 years.

  • Must have regional experience in Asia countries

  • Proven track record in advertising development, content/ digital marketing, consumer research and insights

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing

  • Strong communication and presentation skill

  • Ability to influence and lead cross functional, cross regional teams.

  • Ability to adapt fast in a new environment

  • Up to 30% travel is required
