Scientific Marketing Manager | Clinical Diagnostics

Responsibilities

• Develop and then assume responsibility for execution of a strategic plan for the clinical marketing components across regions at strategic growth product lines through partnering with key stakeholders in corporate communications and product management.

• Outline clinical application expansion opportunities for marketing consideration and develop and execute an actionable clinical marketing needs assessment

• Ensure needed clinical studies are driven to completion and maximum value is derived by driving/developing/fostering influential and meaningful case studies, publications, and presentations of the resulting clinical information

• Maintain a diverse portfolio of strategic clinical relationships,

• encouraging interest, study, support, and acceptance of technology and products in the market place for existing and potential products

• A key part of this role will also be to develop influential market messaging from the clinical data and drive distillation messages to key stakeholders, such as Country Product Management Teams and Sales Teams

• Support sales and marketing teams in sales process where necessary by presenting scientific value of the products

• Present relevant scientific studies, materials in Company Events, Customer Meetings, Symposiums, Congresses and Exhibitions

• Help marketing teams at new product launches from scientific perspective

• Deliver product related trainings to associates

• Create a KOL network in the region and be single point of contact for consultancy work / contracts with the KOLs

Experience

• PHD in Chemistry, or Biology or Life Sciences

• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare industry

• Scientific background and analytical thinking with commercial mind-set

• Excellent presentation skills

• Excellent communications and training skills

• Demonstrated proficiency in time and project management
