Senior Business Analyst (SEA)– Business Partnering

One of fast-growing retail company is recruiting SEA Business Analyst to drive management reporting, support commercial and finance team across SEA countries

Key Responsibilities:

Directly reporting to SEA Finance Manager and work as individual contributor

• Partner with the SEA countries finance and commercial team to identify corrective actions 
• Analysis on variance comparison and drive quarterly forecast and annual budget exercise by identifying possible opportunity and gap closure on targets
• Advise on full P&L build up for SEA region and standardize financial reporting and assist to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency and support regional projects
• Provide financial analysis and business scenarios to support stakeholders and commercial team for business decision as well as track performance matrix for strategic business decision
• Provides financial leadership and strategic business partnership to the leadership team
• Drives ongoing and strategizes new projects and initiatives to support the business growth and review the outputs with finance manager and commercial sale team
• Review financial reports related to financial statement  and liaising with external auditors and tax agents

The successful candidate should be a strong in finance professional with proven track records in FP&A business partnering covering regional countries within fast paced environment

Minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting with qualified CA, CPA with minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience with regional FP&A and accounting background within retail of FMCG industry would be preferable

Experienced working in fast-paced MNC environment with strong knowledge of SAP, Excel and Hyperion would be preferable
