Senior IT Manager – Infrastructure (APAC)

Job description

A great opportunity to join one of the leading professional services set ups with a global presence. The Senior IT Manager will look after IT Operations and manage a large team across the APAC  Region.

As a Senior IT Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing direct reports and overseeing how their teams function across service delivery, performance and talent management

• Leading IT Operations across the region

• Developing strong work relationships with stakeholders in all offices serviced (APAC)

• Implementing change as appropriate to processes, systems and reporting

• Using global strategy for the delivery of services to customers

• Supporting all Infrastructure - Network (data, voice & video), compute, storage & virtualisation

• Leading the Major Incident process and Problem Management process

• Maintaining a broad understanding of the commercial IT environment and how the organisation sources, deploys and manages external partners with the Supplier Manager and Procurement Manager

• Developing and manage contracts with suppliers to meet key performance indicators

Years of experience (MIN to MAX)         

• As a successful applicant, you would have at least 10 years of relevant experience in a hands on infrastructure role in addition to team management in a senior role. The ITIL certification is advantageous to have.
