Job description

My client is a leading fintech company and they are currently looking to hire a Senior Key Account Manager.



  • Managing and developing assigned customer portfolios including upselling of products and services

  • Building and maintaining effective long-term relationships

  • Serving the customers as first point of contact and as the primary interface for all products and services

  • Actively engaging customers by identifying opportunities, promoting and proposing products and services to our existing clients

  • Coordinating across all functional teams to address customer- related issues/requests

  • Planning strategic direction of the customer account



  • Degree qualified with at least 6 to 8 years of relevant experience

  • Knowledge in core banking applications will be added advantage

  • Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
