Job description
My client is a leading fintech company and they are currently looking to hire a Senior Key Account Manager.
Responsibilities:

Managing and developing assigned customer portfolios including upselling of products and services

Building and maintaining effective long-term relationships
-
Serving the customers as first point of contact and as the primary interface for all products and services
-
Actively engaging customers by identifying opportunities, promoting and proposing products and services to our existing clients
-
Coordinating across all functional teams to address customer- related issues/requests
-
Planning strategic direction of the customer account
Requirements:
-
Degree qualified with at least 6 to 8 years of relevant experience
-
Knowledge in core banking applications will be added advantage
-
Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
