Job description

Senior Manager, Risk & Compliance role with a High Performing Healthcare Business

Reporting directly to the CFO based here and in an individual contributor capacity, this Senior Manager, Risk & Compliance will be leading the reinvigoration and upskilling of the enterprise risk management framework of the organisation. The selected candidate will also be supporting the corporate secretariat and personal data protection committee.


Key responsibilities span across:

  • Maintaining overall risk management process for the organization, which includes an analysis of the financial impact on the organization when risks occur
  • Partner with the wider Group ERM team to roll out risk management tool
  • Risk reporting to Risk Management Committee (RMC) on quarterly and Audit Risk Committee (ARC) on half-yearly basis
  • Overseeing business continuity plans
  • Support the Corporate Secretariat on Board matters
  • Managing the insurance policies of the organization
  • Assist businesses in reviewing basic legal documents and engage lawyers from panel to support businesses if required
  • Support the DPO in personal data protection matters

 

Skills/Experience:

  • Reputable degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Business, Management or Risk Management
  • Professional certification in relevant fields such as Internal Audit or Risk Management would be advantageous
  • Minimum 12 - 14 years of relevant risk management, governance, business compliance experience
  • Proven experience with defining, implementing, and drafting policies pertaining to operational and business risk management, will be preferred
  • Experience in handling & monitoring PDPA activity (including training & business engagement)
  • Regulatory Compliance experience will be useful
  • Ability to understand broader business issues
  • Proven track record with finance transformation & change leadership
  • Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
  • Strong ability to influence senior key stakeholders, including board members
