Job description
My client is in the real estate and hospitality industry and they are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join them. This will be a team lead role, responsible for driving end to end marketing; from lead generation to brand management and digital campaigns.
Responsibilities:

Developing and managing the marketing team to execute tactical marketing campaigns

Optimizing and developing brand strategy and architecture

Planning and executing marketing strategies for new centres/outlets to ensure maximum awareness and targeted lead generation

Developing and implementing marketing plans for company's business portfolios across the region

Monitoring, reviewing and reporting on all marketing activities and results
Requirements:
-
Degree qualified with 8 years of regional marketing communications experience with at least 3 years experience in a team lead position

Excellent communications and interpersonal skills

Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
