Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide back to middle office operational support to the entire trade lifecycle
Perform trade booking and matching, corporate actions monitoring and processing, FX hedging, limits & exposure monitoring, resolving P&L and attend to queries from trading desk etc.
Daily trade-related reconciliations between systems
Working with various stakeholders like Brokers, Fund Administrators to resolve breaks
Participate in process improvement and automation project(s) when assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Degree with more than 5 years of experience in the back & middle office operations function of a Bank / Financial Institution
Experience working for a Hedge Fund, Prime Broker, Delta One Desk will be highly preferred
Analytical mindset and good time management
Experience in project management / process enhancement
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
