Responsibilities:

The Senior Program Specialist is responsible to provide support to the Program Manager to drive existing sales growth and profitability through customer satisfaction and exceptional service delivery for the customer account. He/She will also be responsible to handle customer account directly.

Responsibility:

• Serves as the point of contact for the assigned customer management matters.
• Build and maintain strong and long-lasting relationship with customers.
• Provide monthly and quarterly forecast for the assigned accounts.
• Ensure timely Sales Order update and delivery commitment to customers.
• Work with internal stakeholder to insure customer satisfaction and account profitability through implementing continual process improvement, measurement/benchmarking, and automation across all lines of service delivery inclusive of order management, inventory management, customer payment dispute and engineering change

Skills/Experience:

• >3 years’ experience in program and business management in manufacturing environment. Preferred from Precision Industry.
• Degree/Diploma in Business Management/Manufacturing or Engineering with Business Knowledge.
• Strong analytical/problem solving skills, good communication skills (verbal and written), proven program management skills, self-starter and motivator.
• Requires extensive inter-personal skills, excellent business planning skills, cross-group coordination at all levels, business acumen, and the ability to work on several diverse projects at the same time For
