Senior Project Manager – Trade Finance

Job description

My client is a renowned bank and they are expanding and growing aggressively in the region. They are going through a transformation journey at the moment and have multiple industry leading initiatives to roll out and hence looking to expand their teams and seeking top tier talents in the market.

They are currently looking to hire a Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for leading teams to deliver projects spanning across multiple business units. The role will have full ownership of running the project on a day-to-day basis ensuring that project is within boundaries of scope and quality to achieve the business results.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues

• Provide status reporting regarding milestones, deliverable, dependencies, communicating across leadership and business stakeholders

• Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business

• Own the full project life cycle end to end

• Ensure the program is aligned to and supports strategic objectives

Requirements

• Relevant Degree from a recognized education institution

• Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification

• Demonstrated 10-15 years of experience in project management

• Full end to end project management in a lead role

• Direct responsibility of project budgets of $5 - $20 million dollars

• Executive level communication skills with excellent written and verbal communication Strong presentation skills, Good spoken and written English

• Able to articulate clearly and logically to senior management
