Job description
We are working with a leading bank in Asia with global network. As part of their continued growth, Charterhouse has been engaged to drive the search for someone senior to drive HR system delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to Head of HR system, you will partner closely with HR Business, Technology partners and external vendors to build up HR system within the Organisation.
You will be responsible for the implementation of full life cycle of HR technology, eg. support HR system fixes and enhancements
As the VP, you will be responsible for driving projects on HR systems and processes, creating solutions using innovative tech solutions, evaluating impact and risks through analysis.
REQUIREMENTS:
To qualify, individuals must possess:
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree
7 - 10 years of relevant experience
MUST HAVE:
(a) Understanding HR systems
(b) Experienced in Oracle Technologies
(c) Strong understanding in HR processes, practices, and data management
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
