Job description
We are working with a leading bank in Asia with global network. As part of their continued growth, Charterhouse has been exclusively engaged to drive the search for someone senior to head up their wealth management program management division.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting directly Head of Private Banking and Wealth Management based in Singapore, you will manage a team of experienced Project Managers and Business Analysts within the Wealth Management Program.
You will be someone with strong leadership skills and the track record in leading the multi-year strategic Wealth Management Program.
You will partner with key stakeholders to drive the delivery of the Wealth Program covering the entire program lifecycle from requirements gathering high level solution creation and implementation. You will also have end to end accountability for the entire Program driving strategic work plans and delivering operational excellence and efficiencies with your project management team.
REQUIREMENTS:
To qualify, individuals must possess:
Bachelor’s Degree or Masters degree
At least 10-15 years of relevant experience
MUST HAVE:
(a) Strong domain knowledge in Wealth Management / Retail banking
(b) Led programs of above $20m
(c) Track record in managing similar Wealth Programs in other International or Regional Banks
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
