Our client is selling their products to research (Life sciences academia), industrial and more areas.

Job Description

3 must have are:

  • Singapore direct sales experience of capital equipment to research (Life sciences academia) and industrial clients
  • Experience of leading local direct sales team
  • Street smart. Good at presentation and manage sales pipeline. Strong in analysing the market trend and respond. Detailed in planning and executing


  • Reports to Regional General Manager and leads direct Singapore sales team
  • Plan and direct sales activities of the company's product range within budgetary and resource constraints with the objective of achieving optimum profitable sales, growth and stability
  • Develop sales plans for new existing products which is consistent with the marketing plans including sales quotes, key account plans, time and territory management plans in order to achieve optimum profitability sales
  • Measure the potential sales and profit of products in order to make recommendations regarding pricing and sales structures based on pre-determined profit
  • Develop plans and manage staff for the professional growth and development of team in order to ensure sufficient territory coverage to exceed sales targets
  • Study current trends, market attitudes, needs, penetration, potential, coverage, competition and address weak areas in order to meet sales objectives and business growth
  • Keep abreast of market attitudes, needs, potential penetration, coverage and competition and report monthly on business activities in order to meet the short and long term business goals
  • Compliance to regulatory, international and company’s  EHS requirement


  • Degree or equivalent with 5 years relevant experience in a high technology industry
  • Strategic sales planning and management
  • Strong Direct Sales Team Management experience
  • Market survey and analysis, presentation skill, computer literacy
  • Knowledge of capital equipment product portfolio selling to research (Life sciences academia), industrial and more areas
