Job description

Job Summary:  

• The incumbent is responsible for the pursuit of new business and working towards meeting the client’s requirements. They are also expected to be the point of contact between service delivery and deal pursuit.

Responsibilities:

• Point of contact between service delivery and deal pursuit team, engage and manage both internal and external stakeholders.

• Accountable for setting a base line of the client’s environment.

• Responsible to designing overall solution based on requirements, lead the due diligence phase of a pursuit and to validate and revise the solution as necessary.

• Identify and evaluate solution risks and develop countermeasures to ensure robust solution is put forth to the client.

• Having strong cross-functional knowledge to represent local and regional service delivery related functions and pursuit. Incumbent may be required to lead and engage in-country solution teams for unique regional solutions, where necessary

• Evaluate and select technology and infrastructure products based on functionality and features, cost benefits and budgetary/resource impacts.

• Support deal pursuit team in proposals and documents, and able to articulate benefits and risks of proposed solution design/technical architecture.

Experience

• Minimum 8 years in relevant work experience, working in regional/global teams.

• Experience in Managed Print Services (MPS), document management solution (DMS), scanning, etc.

• Business Process modelling and Workflow Automation experience.

• Strong understanding of enterprise business processes, IT systems and technology, particularly in imaging software, hardware and document integration.

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with possible tight timelines during deal pursuits.
