Technology Recruiter (Delivery & Account Management) - REMOTE

Overview:
We are looking for a driven and experienced Technology Recruiter to join our team in the Philippines. This role combines both delivery and account management, focusing on hiring across technology roles while building strong client relationships

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery / Recruitment:

●      Manage end-to-end recruitment for technology roles (e.g. Software Engineering, Data, AI, Cloud, Infrastructure)

●      Source, screen, and assess candidates using various channels

●      Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates

●      Manage interview processes, offer negotiations, and candidate experience

●      Ensure timely delivery against client hiring needs

Account Management:

●      Act as a key point of contact for assigned clients

●      Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

●      Understand client hiring needs, team structures, and business goals

●      Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring advice

●      Proactively identify opportunities to expand accounts and support additional hiring needs

Stakeholder Management:

●      Collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders

●      Provide regular updates on pipeline, progress, and challenges

●      Ensure a high level of service delivery and client satisfaction

Requirements:

●      3–10 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within technology hiring

●      Proven track record in both delivery and client/account management

●      Strong understanding of technology roles and hiring landscape

●      Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

●      Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

●      Proactive, driven, and results-oriented
