Valuations Manager with Global Corporate Advisory Network
With more than 1500 offices in 162 countries, this network employs more than 80,000 partners.
Responsibilities:
- Perform valuation for businesses, intellectual property, financial instruments, for mergers and acquisitions, litigation support, dispute resolution, financial reporting and restructuring
- Construct and analyse financial models, making sense of the underlying assumptions and data
- Assist in advisory work such as transaction support, mergers & acquisitions, business planning and reorganisation
- Support directors on client management, practice development, and business development activities
- Ad-doc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related Business discipline
- FRM/CFA/CVA qualification will be an added advantage
- Minimum 5 years of valuation experience working in accounting or professional services firm
- Experience working in Big 4 will be highly valued
- Must be a resourceful, self-motivated individual with the ability to multi-task and successfully manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
- Excellent inter-personal skills and comfortable engaging with people across all levels
- Able to work independently and interact comfortably within a team environment
