Our client is a healthcare technology provider


  • The Senior Advisor of Vertical Marketing leverages his / her experience and expertise in the identified industry to guide company’s strategy and execution in that market
  • Combine a strategic mindset with an inclination toward influencing stakeholders and driving results
  • Lead and facilitate company’s Regional Strategy of Record for an identified industry (i.e. healthcare), including strategy development, ongoing strategy evolution, and driving operational alignment making recommendations to the Director of Vertical Marketing
  • Be the central recruiter and developer of key external ecosystem partner relationships to provide best solutions and use cases based on specific regional needs
  • End-user customer trusted advisor and subject matter expert (SME) for identified industry’s (i.e. healthcare) technology solutions
  • Collaborating with and driving company’s internal community (sales, marketing, products, etc.) towards the achievement of strategic goals within the region
  • Acting as identified industry’s thought leader, evangelist and company spokesperson
  • Lead and collaborate with the Director of Vertical Marketing in developing and executing vertical industry strategy within the region
  • Creates geographic, customer, and solution segmentation and develops market share growth initiative driven by industry trends, marketplace analysis and subject matter expertise.
  • Translates business needs into actionable sales and marketing programs. Identify areas of unaddressed market opportunity and implements market share growth initiatives to capture the opportunity works with the sales, marketing, professional services, and product teams.
  • Manages strategy operating plan and business performance dashboard. Reports out to stakeholders on regular basis to drive operational alignment and drive results obtainment, and report out market, competitive, and application trends as well as new workflow opportunities for the assigned market areas



  • Bachelor’s Degree holder in relatable field
  • 12+ years of experience in identified industry with subject matter expertise in strategy, market development, business development, customer workflow understanding and clinical technology solutions
  • Job requires experience working for a leading industry company in workflow solutions, technology, operations, and clinical experience, and as a contributing industry expert to thought leadership organizations and associations
  • Extensive experience leading industry strategy and business development activities
  • Job will develop executive-level relationships and business partner stakeholder alignment
  • Collaborative, dynamic leader able to drive change in an established company; ability to manage through influence in a matrixed environment
  • Exceptional communication skills – both written & verbal – with demonstrated ability to influence executives
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • Ability to build cross-functional consensus; lead by example in driving partnership initiatives
  • Significant regional travel required on a business-need basis
  • Ability to act as the corporate spokesperson / evangelist for company in the industry, including speaking at events and interfacing regularly with media for interview
