We represent a client with strong establishment across the globe and a leader in multiple markets and business lines with over 30, 000 employees, the organisation has been operating at a decentralised structure but gradually building an aligned approach across its functions to support a rapidly digitalised and transformative workforce. Resulting from the change strategy, there is now a Talent Management position created at Group level to drive the initiatives towards a futurist workforce.
Leading a lean team of direct reports- this individual will tap on multiple channels and interact with C-suite/senior management and HR Business Partners on talent discussion- in addition to being a Thought Leader in lending strong conceptualisation around talent, succession planning and engagement model, this individual will also be hands-on in operationalising the framework ensuring effective implementation.
To be successful in this role, this individual should have between 10-15 years of deep expertise around talent management topics ideally in sectors with large headcounts- such as manufacturing, engineering, pharmaceutical, technology etc. Coming across as a strong influencer, you are eloquent, clear-minded and extremely agile in connecting the dots between commercial and talent agendas.
