Job description
My client is an established MNC and looking to hire an experienced lawyer based in Singapore.
Key Attributes:
- Legal advisory
- APAC exposure
- Technology
Reporting to the Group General Counsel, this lawyer will advise on various legal matters in regards to technology (artificial intelligence, information technology, cyber security, etc.). This is a regional role and you will be required to negotiate contracts to protect and maintain the MNC’s best interest.
This position requires you to have excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills as you will be leading various contract negotiations.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Recognized Law Degree
- Minimum 5yrs PQE
- Excellent communication skills
