Job description
Our client is a key player in Food Science/ Industrial Microbiology/ Food Safety Testing System area.
Responsibilities
-
Responsible for working under the direction of the Global Strategic Account Director and to assist in the development and execution of contracts with global customer partnerships focused in particular segments: Food Safety, Pharmaceutical, Bio-Tech and Global Lab Chains. This individual will directly execute agreements and will coordinate inside APAC to ensure customer needs are met

Evaluate, manage and grow new and existing business relationships with large global customers within APAC region

Develop strategic plans focused on revenue/margin growth for large global strategic partnerships headquartered in APAC region

Identify and secure a continuous flow of beneficial partnership opportunities that lead to a number of high value multi-million dollar agreements, and to ensure the growth of quality relationships with each partner

Lead the preparation, negotiation, implementation and continuous management of business partnership agreements and contracts

Monitor partnership value and performance over time (e.g. revenue and profit) and initiate appropriate action to maintain partnerships as win/win
Experience
-
Degree required, MBA preferred
-
10 or more years of successful strategic account management
-
Successful sales and sales management track record in relevant industries
-
C-suite level / multi product/ multi year negotiations experience

Good industry knowledge of markets (E.g. pharma/bio-tech, food science, reference lab and/or CRO’s), products and competitors
-
Strategic thinker, effective negotiator, communicator with C-Suite
-
Extensive travel required
