Job description
Responsible for incoming funds, collection and reporting. Role will require this person to work closely with Customer Service and Shipping team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare and send monthly SOA to customers.
• Monitor AR ageing report and DSO through calls, emails, reminders, etc.
• AR reconciliation and monthly reporting.
• Support year end audits, closing activities.
• Participate in projects, improvements and ad-hoc duties
REQUIREMENTS:
• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• SAP knowledge is preferred
• Able to work independently and a good team player
