Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing FP&A functions for the Group, including financial and operational analysis
Support the management reporting, forecasting, and budgeting process for key departments
Reviewing of internal controls and commercial contracts
Reviewing of costs and performs cost benefit analysis related to projects
Provide detailed analysis and supporting commentary on the variances between actual and budget/forecast
Establish and maintain regular communication with business units to align on business plan and financial target
Ad-hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of relevant audit and accounting or FP&A experience.
Experience in Retail or FMCG industry is an added advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
