Job description
This person will be responsible for Corporate Finance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for Corporate finance work (i.e. valuation)
- Financial Analysis for potential acquisition
- Perform Tax structuring
- Perform Fund raising through Deb capital market / equity
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Accountancy/ Banking / Business Administration
- At least 5 years of relevant experience background
