Roles & Responsibilities
Planning of regions’ operations digitization
Lead assigned projects/ initiatives
Gathering user requirements and perform business analysis
Establishing, managing, and controlling of project schedules and deliverables
Effective communication with related depts and other related stakeholders are necessary for the effective planning and implementation
Consider standardization and optimization of
Review of Procedure Manuals and applications
Review operational risk incidents and assess quality, validity and effectiveness of preventive measures put up by APD Offices
Manage issues and providing resolution promptly
Bachelor’s degree with min. 5 years of experience in the banking sector or banking related project experience with a consulting firm
Experience and strong understanding in systems related to pricing/billing/charges operations
Basic understanding in Banking Business, especially back-office operations or risk management departments
Good understanding of local banking regulations and sound awareness of risk management
Experience in Project Management and Business Analysis
Solid understanding of the core banking products and life cycle
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability with data/numerical analysis
Good interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and multi-task concurrently
Ability to provide guidance to team members and relevant stakeholders
