Preparing the Functional Requirements for Applications Under Customer Management
Reviewing the Test Plan and providing inputs on what needs to be tested in conjunction with the Testing Team
Preparation of Product Documentation other than FR where needed
Providing support during the SIT & UAT Phase on the defects related to Requirements, User Training and Parameters
Formulate and define systems scope and objectives for complex projects and foster communication between business leaders and IT
Consult with users and clients to solve complex system issues/problems through in-depth evaluation of business processes, systems and industry standards and recommends solutions
Support system change processes from requirements through implementation and provide input based on analysis of information
Consult with business clients to determine system functional specifications and provides user and operational support
Identify and communicate risks and impacts, considering business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment
At least 8 years of relevant experience in technology requirement elaboration, solution & design
Hands on experience in providing technology solution to Operations groups of Financial enterprises
Solid Digital BA experience covering both Mobile and Internet solutions.
Expertise in the area of Digital Cards Lending and Rewards Domains
3-5 years experience in managing and supervising a team of at least 4 or 5 members
Minimum 4 years hands on experience on Agile development methodology
Detailed understanding on consumer Digital banking operations and products
Functional knowledge of credit card features, rewards and lending would be required.
