Job description
Responsibilities:
Adhere to bank’s SDLC process and documentation requirements
Lead requirements gathering engagement with Business, Operations and other systems representatives and translating them into formal documents
Provide more functional and operational risk insight into the high-level business requirements
Communicate with development teams to precisely translate the requirements and review their solutions
Review functional specification for comprehensive business & system requirements
Coordinate and facilitate SIT, UAT during respective Phases of the project, review test cases and feedback
Conduct user training and implementation of the business requirements in production
Initiate projects, plan, execute and track and estimate the overall project duration and prepare plan for the projects
Able to manage multiple stakeholders with effective communication
Effective management of Risks and Issues during the project
Support business users during Production issues and handle data extract request
Support System deployment, connectivity and health check
Effective arrangement of BCP exercises for business and support audit request and responses
Requirements
Min. 8 years of related work experience in a bank/financial institution
Min. 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in the FI industry and min. 3 years of experience as IT Project Manager for projects
Prior work experience in Payments Operations, Remittance systems, CoreBanking, Accounting and/or MS projects
Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Possess strong stakeholder management skill
Project Management certification is a plus
