Job description
Charterhouse Partnership is supporting a Global Bank with an established presence in Singapore, for a Legal Manager for its Global Markets. It would be is a great opportunity to be part of this dynamic institution.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Legal within Global Markets, you are responsible to negotiate, draft and reviewing master agreements including Global Master Repurchase Agreement, ISDA, Securities Lending agreements for treasury and banking products. You would also be required to provide legal advisory support to stakeholders including reviewing of agreements and legal opinions. You would also participate in regulatory initiatives and projects as well as managing audit queries.
REQUIREMENTS:
You would be a Degree holder in banking or possess legal background with more than 5 years of relevant years of experience in legal documentation, including good knowledge in treasury and derivatives products. Excellent spoken and written English is required. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred though not compulsory.
