Job description
My Client is a financial institute with regional HQ in Singapore. Backed by strong financial funding, they are looking for an experience Business insights analyst to assist the business in uncovering opportunities for growth.
Reporting to the Head of Data analytics and solutions, you are responsible for continuously innovating on process optimization and incorporating the latest technologies to enable business growth, support new products and increase operational scale and efficiency. You will support the data platform that stores pricing, valuations, index, market and reference data. You will need to have a strong understanding of process flows to drive transformation of existing platforms, workflows and be involved in sourcing for pricing, index and market reference data accordingly.
To be successful, individual must possess:
- A recognized degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a Quant subject
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the financial industry working with large scale operations field. ( candidates from vendors welcome)
- Strong understanding of either data analytics, data visualization, data acquisition, data creation, working with unstructured data
- Programming language, Python
