Responsibilities:

• Develop the regional business strategies and work with business development team to identify possible acquisitions

• Monitor and analyse the business and financial performance of the assigned JVs and raise timely red flags on issues as well as support the operational requirements of assigned JVs

• Review business and capex proposals, forecasts and budgets and determine appropriate key performance indicators

• Ensure proper internal control systems are in place and provide support on key strategic matters

• Design and review financial models, as well as conduct due diligence, business reviews as and when required

• Review, analyse and acquire a good understanding of the industry and regulatory trends and developments for key strategic decision-making

Skills/Experience:

• The successful candidate should be a strong in business or finance professional with proven track records in accounting standards, financial matters, business valuation, financial modelling

• You should possess professional qualifications and a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Finance or Accounting. With a minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience.

• You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with high analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working from information technology or within fast paced environment
