Our client is a global leader in medical devices

Responsibilities:

  • Reports to Managing Director, SEA
  • Responsible for short and long term budgeting and planning process with ongoing interaction with the BU team to ensure continuous strong growth in revenue, profit and market penetration of Critical Care within SEA Region
  • P&L owner to lead Southeast Asia Critical Care business unit in developing vision, strategy and long-term plan for SEA. Market entry, therapy development, revenue, reimbursement/pricing and lifescycle management
  • Develop, implement and execute annual operating plans (in junction with business unit and regional management)
  • Ensures that sales targets and strategic initiatives are being met by putting the right people on the right jobs. Partner with other regions, regional, and global resources where possible. Organize work of the business unit staff with proper span of control and oversight. Ensure compliant use of tools such as SFDC and processes to ensure proper governance and oversight
  • Manage relationships with local distributors and ensures that distributors’ sales targets related to BU are properly forecasted and forecasts are met
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with KOL, administrators of key accounts and government authorities
  • Leads the talent development and employee succession planning process in conjunction with HR and Managing Director. Organizes and manages hiring and training process for team members. Ensure therapy continuity in all key markets. Develop and execute individual development plants for team members. Identity and develop talent for transfer and promotion opportunities

Experiences:

  • Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree with 10+ years of work experience of related experience working in Marketing and/ or Sales, marketing. Preferred in international medical device company
  • Proven track record of strategic planning and hands-on execution
  • Prior P&L responsibility
  • Strict attention to details
  • Exceptional quantitative, analytical, written and verbal skills
  • Demonstrated success in motivating, developing and leading a team
  • Ability to interact professionally with all levels in the organizational
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Able to take frequent travelling
