Job description

Responsibilities

  • Support and train regional dealers & sales teams in SEA

  • Direct, plan and execute on product launches

  • Provide competitive positioning and sales support to dealers sales and support teams.   

  • Facilitate and coordinate application training to customers on instruments operation and analysis skills as required

  • Identify and develop sales leads for Singapore and SEA market

  • Support Field Operations Manager in implementation of sales and marketing plans to drive the PCC business

  • Provide support to dealers and sales team in sales process as needed

  • Liaise with Global and Regional Business teams to leverage sales tools and strategies for us to execute business plans in the region

  • Work with cross functional team towards exceeding company’s financial goals

 

Experience

  • Degree or equivalent in Molecular Biology or BioScience related subject

  • Previous experience in a particle counting and particle characterization product lines

  • Experience selling and partnering with both direct and indirect sales channels

  • Ability to monitor, analyze and evaluate product performance, oversee technical planning and strategic selling in analytical, biopharma and industrial market segments

  • Self-starter with product knowledge and skills to continually update and communicate the technical selling points as needed to allow us to win in the market

  • Possess strong language proficiency in English and good PC skills

  • Demonstrate top tier communication skills; strong interpersonal and customer handling skills and provide guidance or coaching within the team, customers and across functional groups

  • A strong track record selling effectively through channel partners is important
