Job description
Responsibilities
-
Support and train regional dealers & sales teams in SEA
-
Direct, plan and execute on product launches
-
Provide competitive positioning and sales support to dealers sales and support teams.
-
Facilitate and coordinate application training to customers on instruments operation and analysis skills as required
-
Identify and develop sales leads for Singapore and SEA market
-
Support Field Operations Manager in implementation of sales and marketing plans to drive the PCC business
-
Provide support to dealers and sales team in sales process as needed
-
Liaise with Global and Regional Business teams to leverage sales tools and strategies for us to execute business plans in the region
-
Work with cross functional team towards exceeding company’s financial goals
Experience
-
Degree or equivalent in Molecular Biology or BioScience related subject
-
Previous experience in a particle counting and particle characterization product lines
-
Experience selling and partnering with both direct and indirect sales channels
-
Ability to monitor, analyze and evaluate product performance, oversee technical planning and strategic selling in analytical, biopharma and industrial market segments
-
Self-starter with product knowledge and skills to continually update and communicate the technical selling points as needed to allow us to win in the market
-
Possess strong language proficiency in English and good PC skills
-
Demonstrate top tier communication skills; strong interpersonal and customer handling skills and provide guidance or coaching within the team, customers and across functional groups

A strong track record selling effectively through channel partners is important
