Job description
Our client is a prestigious Global Bank with strong presence in APAC. The Bank is currently undergoing significant growth in Singapore and a newly created opportunity has arisen for a credit analyst to join their team here in Singapore.
Reporting to the head of credit, you will perform independent credit evaluation on the Bank’s financial institute clients, specializing in Hedge Funds, Regulated Funds and Asset Managers and make recommendations to management. This involves conducting financial analysis to ensure credit risk exposures are aligned with bank policies and processes. You will also conduct covenants check and prepare monitoring reports. The incumbent will be focusing on South East Asia.
To be successful, individual must possess:
- A recognised degree in Accounting/ Banking & Finance
- 3-5 years of relevant credit experience with FI coverage and experience looking at Funds.
- Strong analytical, communication and writing skills
- Strong understanding of risk and Capital Markets trading products, particularly in equity, fixed income and derivatives;
