Job description
Our client is a well-known MNC in Clinical Diagnostics.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting CRM, Power BI and SAP (ERP) in terms of issue support, training, enhancement and improvements:
- Work with Business Application Management team and external vendor in supporting day-today issues from users
- Adherence to corporate governance framework in terms of master records
- Ensure processes are efficient across business functions and across regions and must not impede other functions from carrying out their activities
- Updating training manuals based on changes in the system configuration promptly
- Support integration testing, user acceptance testing, end-user training and Go-Live support
- Analyse records in CRM, Power BI and SAP (ERP) to ensure accuracy:
- Monitoring records randomly by making sure its accuracy based on user’s day-to-day entry
- Creating knowledge base or know-how database and share with all users
- Provide refresher trainings to end-users to make sure accuracy of data inputs when there is a need
- Managing Engineering Change Request (ECR) / (TB) Release:
- Work with different departments and Japan office to establish the process, documentation and future enhancement
- Work with IS department to establish a site for monitoring ECR / TB release statuses
- Update Master Price List (MPL) immediately based on Engineering and Computer Technology (ECT) / TB releases for related parts / consumable
- Spare parts management and planning:
- Work with Supply Chain Management team to manage stock inventory in maintaining Material requirements planning (MRP) for fast moving items, write-off products/materials of non-moving/ discontinued/obsolete items, monitoring MRP usage by affiliates
- Perform mass activation of new products/materials provided by manufacturers
- Generating monthly reports on movement of spare parts
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree or its equivalent in Computer Science / Business Management / Information Technology / Biomedical / Mechatronics / Electronics Engineering
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in administering (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (SAP) system
- Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Excel
- Competence in interactive communication, problem solving and decision making
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to communicate complex technical/clinical content in an easy to understand manner
- Good and fluent in both written and oral communication skills including presentation skills
- Conduct with professionalism with strong interpersonal skills and customer focus
- Positive working attitude with a sense of urgency and result oriented
- Able to work independently as well as an effective team player with people from different cultures
- Occasional travel required to Asia Pacific regions
- Available for permanent position
