Job description
Rare opportunity to join an International Bank as a Data Architect ( Cloudera & Hadoop ) as part of the company’s expansion plans with ongoing data transformation projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understand business requirements through workshops or feedback before architecting the relevant data architecture solutions
Involved in the design, development, implementation and support of Cloudera and Hadoop based architecture solutions together with the technical solutions team
Liaise closely with business users, IT teams and external vendors
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 8 to 15 years of Data Architecture experience with at least 2 end-to-end Cloudera platform implementation in Banking or Financial Services industries
Must be proficient in CDSW ( Cloudera Data Science Work Bench ) , Cloudera Distributed Hadoop ( CDH ) and Cloudera Data Platform ( CDP )
Strong working experience in Data Science and Market Data Analytics, including the pricing of market products
Good attitude in a team-based environment with minimal supervision provided, proactive candidate will be highly preferred
